Salary: €75,000 The Job:
As a Program & Industrialisation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and industrialising novel propulsion systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, purchasing, production, and quality) and serve as the primary contact for customers.
- Manage customer requirements in line with contractual agreements (Compliance, Risk, Schedule, Quality, and Cost).
- Oversee the planning, definition, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the OnTime/OnQuality/OnCost (oToQoC) philosophy.
- Lead the industrialisation of multiple product lines and drive the implementation of operational excellence.
- Prepare proposals and involve core team members for specific expertise areas or volumes.
- Provide monthly project status reports during Project Status Review (PSR).
- Build and manage a competent and effective product team by selecting, training, and motivating members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the space industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in introducing and ramping up new products in production.
- Ability to scale businesses, optimise processes, and ensure quality standards.
- Financial management and reporting expertise, with knowledge of ERP and planning software.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in the spaceflight industry, especially as a satellite equipment supplier, with a focus on New Space.
